As part of the continuation of the agreement talks held in South Africa and Kenya, the governments of Tigray and Ethiopia will hold talks in Mekelle to observe the progress of the agreement in person.

Senior members of the negotiating team, including former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, former Nigerian President and African Union Special Envoy to the Horn of Africa, Olisogo and Obasanjo, arrived in Mekelle today.
