Former Kenyan President and member of the African Union (AU) negotiating team Uhuru Kenyatta has said that the peace agreement reached between the governments of Tigray and Ethiopia is being implemented.

Uhuru Kenyatta made the remarks while addressing the launch of a team to monitor the implementation of the peace agreement.

A committee set up to monitor the implementation of the peace agreement reached between the Tigray and Ethiopian army commanders in Kenya has conducted its first task in Agula to inspect the heavy weapons of the Tigray army at the HED center
